Fail Forward

Many have heard the term Fail Forward this year. Its based on the idea of making moves and learning as you go. For some of us this idea is more natural than others. The Activators are more likley to live by this concept- but for the rest of us- we like to plan and make moves as the plans dictate. The term fail forward encourgages us to take the necessary steps to move forward even if all of the plans are not complete. There is truley value in doing so. So lets reflect for a moment... what plans do you need to pull out- and fail forward? what ideas do you need to act on - and fail forward? Let's all fail forward because at the end of the day, we want to leave this world empty or at least be able to say- I gave it my best shot.... Ready, set...fail forward.
